This sealant is elastic and remains flexible to expand and contract with construction material movement to protect and retain the original seal. It provides properties of non-sag, permanent flexibility and corrosion resistance. It exhibits outstanding durability and tear resistance. It usually requires no primer and resists deterioration from weather, stress or movement. It is UV and ozone resistant and does not soften in the sun. Seals roof flashing around chimneys and roof edging. Also suitable for shingle tabbing and for covering roofing nails. Hazards Identification
Emergency Overview: Combustible liquid. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled.
Potential Health Effects
Relevant routes of exposure: Inhalation, Skin, Eyes, Ingestion.
Eye Contact: Contact with eyes will cause irritation.
Skin Contact: Contact with skin can cause irritation and allergic reaction (sensitization) in some individuals. This product may discolor the skin.
Inhalation: As a result of previous repeated overexposures or a single large dose, certain individuals will develop isocyanate sensitization (chemical asthma) which will cause them to react to a later exposure to isocyanate at levels well below the TLV. Chronic overexposure to isocyanates has been reported to cause lung damage. Dryness of nasal passages, sore throat, cough, tightness of chest, shortness of breath. Persons suffering from allergic reactions to isocyanates should avoid contact with the product. This product may cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. May cause respiratory tract irritation.
Ingestion: Ingestion of this product may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. -

For safe storage, store between 18.3 deg C (64.9 deg F) and 40 deg C (104 deg F). Avoid moisture. Keep in a cool, well ventilated area away from heat, sparks and open flame.
